We're a friendly bunch of passionate developers and designers
on a mission to change the way teams work, for the better.
Our mission is to make work better for everyone, everywhere. We're building one system to become the Operating System for business and collaboration, something that's so intuitive that a beginner can pick up and use, and something so powerful and flexible that it can be used across different functional teams and industries.
We do this by intensely listening to our customers, as well as being our own customer. We're fortunate to have numerous other businesses to use as test grounds for new features and developments, as well as generally receiving fast, candid feedback.
Our aim is not to build thousands of features, but to do less and do it much better. Building a product and service that we would genuinely recommend to our family, friends, and acquaintances. Something that we can be proud to say that we made.
Our belief is that right now, tools are far too complex and difficult to use, and that there are millions of people that are being excluded from the ability to work more efficiently because of the language the speak or their technical ability.
Our secret master plan is to start off with project management and teamwork, as that's the core basis to getting things done, and then move on to tackle each business function and build better solution to problems that have been around for far, far too long.
"There's always the temptation to over-feature your product, to build in bells and whistles because server space is cheap and you have the funding and talent to do it. Resisting this urge is your real competitive advantage." ~ Leslie Law.
Anyone can make things complex. It takes real work to achieve functional simplicity. We always strive to make things as simple as they should be.
Nothing meaningful can be accomplished in the short term. We make decisions with our long-term picture in mind, not this quarter's results.
We value clear ideas that can be communicate easily. If you can explain it clearly to someone else, you don't really know what you're talking about.
While we value collaboration, we know that innovation requires plenty of time working alone, deep in thought.
We are intentional in the way we work. We set ourselves clear goals and gather feedback as we move forwards.
While we are serious about results, we create an environment where the work itself is fun.
