Yes, we offer CSV import that can handle up to 100,000 items at a time. Simply upload your CSV, map each column to your fields in Bloo, and your data is in!
Does Bloo offer Templates?
Yes we do! We have created lots of templates to get you started, and you can also create your own to share across your organization to standardize work.
Does Bloo offer automations?
Yes, every project can have automations based on a specific triggers and with multiple actions. For instance, automatically move completed items to the done list. This is a great way to save time on admin work in projects!
Does Bloo have Gantt charts?
Not yet — but this is a highly requested feature that will launch later in 2022.

Is there a free trial?
Yes there is! You can use Bloo free for 14 days without any limitations. After the 14 days are up, we will ask you to input your credit card details to carry on using Bloo. If you need a few extra days to decide, just send us an email and we can extend your trial for you!
$50/month. Are you for real? That's too cheap!
For sure, we are serious! We don't believe that software should be really expensive for small companies. Bloo replaces lots of tools that together can cost $500+/month for a team of 15 or 20 people....we think that's crazy money to spend each month. We work hard to stay efficient and keep our running costs low so we can ensure the best price for you.
Do I have to pay more as I add more people or make more projects?
When we say $50/month, we mean $50/month. You can create as many projects as you want, add as many team members (10 or 100, or more!), create as many to-dos, and upload all the files you need. You'll always just pay a flat fee of $50/month. We really hope that Bloo helps you grow your business and your team, and so as the price stays the same it will become better and better value over time!
Billing
Do you have monthly and yearly plans?
Yes, our monthly plan is $50/month, but you can decide to pay yearly and you only pay $500 — you save two months of license fees per year!
How can I pay?
We take payments exclusively via debit/credit card. All billing is handled by Stripe, our payment processing partner. We never directly handle your sensitive payment data.
Will the price change in the future?
Maybe — but we will never change the price if you're an existing customer of Bloo!
Do you offer discounts?
If you're an NGO, Non-profit, Education Institute, or Open-Source Software project, you can actually use Bloo complete for free, just visit www.bloo.io/4good

Security & Privacy
Is my data safe?
Yes, all your data is stored on AWS (Amazon Web Services), which is a leading cloud provider that powers companies like Spotify and Netflix.
Do you backup my files?
Yes we do. We backup all data everyday and keep the daily backups for 30 days. This makes sure that if you delete something by accident we're able to restore it for you. Of course, you can always access not-deleted files older than 30 days if you need to.
Who owns the data I add to Bloo?
The person who initially signed up and pays for the account ("The Company Owner") owns all the data associated with the account. We do not claim any ownership over any data that you add to Bloo. You can read more about this in our Terms & Conditions page.
Can other people see my discussions or files?
No way! Only users that are invited to a project are able to see the contents of that project. Nobody else will even know that it exists.
